I am open to new clients at this time.
Counseling offers an opportunity for growth and lasting change by encouraging exploration of ourselves while providing access to knowledge and to additional skills.
For many people, adulthood brings layered responsibilities and expectations that can test the boundaries of our current coping strategies. We may notice we are more often burned out, experiencing persistent anxiety, emotional distress, and feelings of disconnection. Concerns that can be made more complicated by the complex intersection of identity, relationships, history, and the broader systems we live in. Which is why my approach to therapy is an integration of ACT, Person-Centered, attachment theory, psychodynamic, and solution-focused. Approaches that support nervous system awareness, strengthen agency, and help clients break patterns in ways that lead to
lasting change.
As a Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Northwestern University, I hope to support adults in the Chicagoland area by providing effective treatment to promote growth and remediate mental health concerns associated with distress. Treatment can include diagnosis, assessment, psychotherapy, and prevention. As a student of a CACREP-accredited Clinical Mental Health graduate program and an active member of the ACA, I trust I am capable of assisting adults across identities and relationship structures as a neuroscience-informed counselor.
