Casey Natalino - DBT & CBT Therapist For Eating Disorders In Chicago, IL
She/Her/Hers
LCSW

I am not open to new clients at this time. If you'd like help finding another therapist with similar specialties as mine, or to ask about a waitlist, please reach out to team@besttherapies.org.

If you find yourself working incredibly hard to do the “right” thing and make the “right” choice only to feel exhausted and lost, I might be able to help!  The fact is, we are all working to cope with difficulties in life, we just have different sets of skills.  If your current skill set is not meeting your needs, you deserve the chance to find the right tools for the job.

My therapeutic approach provides folx with concrete skills to use in response to distress and a space to process, feel, and understand thoughts and feelings that can seem overwhelming to manage alone.  We will use pieces of DBT, CBT, and pertinent approaches to build the balance that works best for your journey.  Validation and self-compassion are essential parts of our work and will help you as you confront difficult experiences and emotions.  It can’t all be tough work and big feelings, right?  Balance continues to be an integral part of therapy, so laughter and fun are welcomed and encouraged.

I have worked in the field for more than a decade and have done so in the Residential, PHP, IOP, and Outpatient levels of care.  Whatever behaviors, struggles, and experiences you have to share, I can hold and we can work to reduce any shame or guilt attached.  My specialties include Eating Disorders, Adolescent Work, and Family Work.  If you are looking to find your voice, learn sustainable coping skills, and feel more comfortable in taking up space, I might be the therapist for you!
