I am not open to new clients at this time. If you'd like help finding another therapist with similar specialties as mine, or to ask about a waitlist, please reach out to team@besttherapies.org.

As a therapist, I fully believe that therapy is weird (and I mean that in the best way). It’s not lying-on-a-couch-having-some-stranger-asking-you-and-how-does-that-make-you-feel? weird, like you might think of from media. It’s weird because it’s so dynamic and personalized to you and what you might want or need. I don’t come in with a one-size-fits-all therapy agenda, but I will come in with the flexibility to incorporate what works for you. That could be worksheets and structure, or it might be art, movement, and more free-form sessions.

I identify as a White, cisgender, able-bodied woman, so I acknowledge that my experience might differ from yours. I approach therapy with a focus on authenticity, anti-oppressive practices, and decolonized care where curiosity is valued over assumptions. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered while making sure it is also accessible, grounded, and rooted in mutual respect.

I work with a range of folks, but some of my favorite experiences are working with folks who are figuring out who they are, navigating life transitions, and/or are just new to therapy. I value creating a safe space for folks to laugh, cry, feel, process, and even push back if they disagree with me. Being your therapist means I’ll work to build trust and a foundation for you to feel comfortable and supported, you’ll have agency and choice in how our sessions go, and I’ll definitely keep therapy weird.
