Life isn’t always easy. I believe that treating ourselves with grace and kindness is crucial to moving in the direction of the life we want, one characterized by contentment, purpose, connection, growth, and love.

As a neurodivergent therapist, I bring a unique perspective to my practice. I understand firsthand the value of the therapeutic relationship and its role in fostering growth and healing. My approach is deeply rooted in neuroaffirming practices, recognizing and honoring neurodivergent ways of experiencing and navigating the world.

I integrate mindfulness practices and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques into my therapeutic approach. Mindfulness promotes self-awareness, grounding, and emotional regulation, while CBT helps to identify and modify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. In addition, I also incorporate strengths-based approaches to therapy, focusing on harnessing your innate strengths to support personal growth and resilience. I believe strongly in cultivating self-compassion as a foundation for healing and well-being.

I am in-network with BCBS (PPO, Blue Choice PPO, & Blue Choice Options) and Aetna (PPO, POS, Choice, & CVS Health HMO). For out-of-network insurance, I can provide you with superbills to get reimbursed by your insurance company. I can take self-pay and/or sliding scale clients.
