As your therapist, I build on our overlapping or shared experiences as much as I welcome people in all walks of life. I facilitate a space for LGBTQ+, gender-expansive, neurodivergent, and consensually non-monogamous folks exploring their identities, emotion management, difficulties in interpersonal dynamics, and being an agent of change. I am excited to work with people of all genders, gender expressions, and sexual orientations.
I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and somatic perspectives to offer interventions that lead to insights and improve quality of life with a deepened connection to your senses. I am in-network with BCBS (PPO, Blue Choice PPO, and Blue Choice Options) and Aetna (PPO, POS, Choice, and CVS Health HMO). For out-of-network insurance, I can provide you with superbills to get reimbursed by your insurance company. I can also take self-pay and/or sliding-scale clients.
