Lauren Lee Therapist
She/Her/Hers
MA, LCPC, NCC

I am open to new clients at this time.

Starting therapy can be a daunting experience, but taking this step is a courageous and important decision. I’m so glad you are here!

I am a graduate of The Family Institute at Northwestern University. During my career, I have had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life. I have a wide range of experience helping late adolescents and adults navigate job stress, anxiety, depression, substance use, grief/loss, trauma, and relationship concerns.

I’m passionate about creating a warm, inclusive space where we can address life’s challenges together. My goal is to walk alongside you as you explore your path to growth, self-discovery, and empowerment. I love to use humor, creativity, mindfulness, and self-reflection, alongside therapeutic approaches tailored to your specific needs. You can expect to see a positive, person-centered approach that includes modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed care, healthy balance, and working with the mind-body connection.

Let’s work together to achieve your therapeutic goals and deepen your understanding of yourself and your place in the world. I’m excited to be part of your journey!
