As a holistic practitioner, I’ve come to understand it’s a different dance for each person when working towards embodying joy, authenticity, and self-acceptance. I take into consideration your experiences with the external world and your relationship to your inner landscape: actions, bodily sensations, emotions, and thoughts. My identities are: 1st generation Vietnamese immigrant, non-binary, queer, polyamorous, ex-catholic. These identities have shaped the way I move in the world while inspiring me to continue being curious and going outside of the box when I work with each unique human being.
I work with adults from different walks of life. I incorporate mind-body practices into my sessions: Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing® (“SE™”), and trauma-informed yoga. Areas I have supported clients with: overwhelm, stress, anxiety, depression, boundary & relationship challenges, communication, emotional regulation, and different categories of trauma (i.e. CPTSD, developmental, domestic violence, inescapable attack, intergenerational, medical, neglect, racial, sexual assault, and more), grief, life transitions, navigating two+ cultures, exploring their identities & relationship styles on the monogamy-non-monogamy spectrum, and current or former sex workers.
My approach is non-judgmental, informed-consent, and person-centered while drawing upon an intersectional lens to honor each unique human being where you are seen, heard, and feel like you matter. I believe in supporting clients to lead as you are the expert of your lived experiences while collaborating and at times challenging you on your reblooming journey.
