They/Them/Theirs
Intern

I am open to new clients at this time.

Feeling stuck? Are you experiencing challenges with symptom management, your relationship to your own mind and/or body, navigating relationships, building community, or the internal and external conflicts of living under our complex and, often, unkind systems?

My goal is to help you build the life that works best for you by providing a nonjudgmental space to explore and investigate your feelings, needs, and desires. Together, we can work to navigate the barriers keeping you stuck, while identifying tools you can use to build a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. My work is informed by my own experiences as a queer, trans, disabled, and chronically ill individual.

I work from an eclectic model of therapy that’s grounded in strengths-based and trauma-informed philosophies, and flexible to adapt to the needs of each of my clients. Social justice, mutual aid, and abolitionism are core values that inform my practice. I welcome working with people from all life experiences who are experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic pain/illness, gender dysphoria, questioning their sexuality or gender expression, difficulties navigating neurodivergence in adulthood, post-traumatic stress, and more.
