Fraud Blocker Elle Terrado - Best Therapies
She/Her
LPC

I am open to new clients at this time.

My name is Elle, and I am a queer, first-generation Filipina-American therapist. I am passionate about working with clients from all walks of life, including individuals from BIPOC, neurodivergent, and LGBTQ+ communities. Growing up within both Asian and American cultures, I understand the complexities of navigating identity while seeking a deeper self-understanding, especially when feeling lost.

These experiences shaped my understanding of the challenges that many people face when questioning life’s meaning and purpose. I noticed that many people come to therapy feeling unsure about life’s purpose or whether they’re on the “right” path. Rather than chasing a single life purpose, I help clients develop their “process” for living, which involves learning the ways that they respond, adapt, and make meaning through change and adversity.

Together, we will explore values, strengthen coping skills, and find ways to move forward that align with what matters most to you. I use evidence-based approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness to help clients connect mind, body, and heart.

Therapy can be a space to explore difficult emotions, existential questions, and moments of low motivation while also moving toward a life that feels more intentional and authentic.
