Are you looking to gain a deeper understanding of yourself? Or maybe, wanting to learn how to strengthen your relationships and connections with those around you? Maybe you’ve been to therapy before and are looking to get back in the swing of things or you’re completely new to this and not sure where to start. Regardless of the reason, I am here to assist.

I believe in taking a client centered approach in my therapeutic practice, with an emphasis on trauma informed care, and utilizing techniques from cognitive, narrative, and psychodynamic therapy. I have experience in serving adolescents, young adults, and adults with a range in conditions such as: depression, anxiety, ptsd/c-ptsd, substance use disorders, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Growing up as the daughter of a single teenage mother and a child of divorce, my lived experiences give me personal insight into many of life’s hardships and how they can have a lasting impact on one’s life. My role as a therapist is to assist clients in their processing of past traumatic experiences and childhood trauma, identify possible triggers and stressors, and provide interventions tailored to the specific needs of each client. I believe that we are all the experts of our own lives and experiences and I aim to use my personal expertise to assist my clients in their own self realization and healing.

I am also a neurodivergent therapist (as in; a therapist who is neurodivergent) and I utilize my unique perspective and lived experience to provide LGBTQ+ affirming and trauma informed care to all clients. Do you suspect you may be neurodivergent or not sure what that even means? Don’t worry, I will provide a safe and validating space for us to discuss any concerns or questions you may have.

If you feel that I could possibly be helpful to you in your therapeutic journey, please feel free to reach out to me and schedule an initial appointment. I look forward to us meeting and getting to know each other.
