LCSW | She/Her/Hers

With the understanding that no two people fit the same mold, I offer an eclectic, holistic approach to empower and support clients. I deeply enjoy challenging shame and stigma surrounding all expansive and marginal identities.

I work with adults navigating/exploring trauma and abuse recovery, PTSD, chronic illness, parenting challenges, gender and sexuality, ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, stress management, life transitions, and relationship issues within monogamous and consensually non-monogamous relationships.

I take into consideration each person’s unique needs and experiences to tailor a healing and welcoming safe space, providing a warm and compassionate environment to encourage growth and change. I am trauma-informed, harm-reductive, and social justice-oriented. I operate from a feminist, Health at Every Size perspective and utilize empathic listening, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic experiencing, and Mindfulness techniques. My passion and skills live within client-centered and trauma-informed practices.

I work with all clients to notice, give attention, and slow down, allowing us the space to come to insightful conclusions about ourselves and others. I am looking forward to walking beside you in your journey in cultivating strength and inner peace to both advocate for yourself and to be accountable and compassionate towards others, heal, integrate, and take control as the author of your story. Rather than pursuing “happiness”, we will focus on nurturing meaningfulness and purpose, empowering you to live a life that is authentically yours.
